What does "approved" actually mean
The video is about your experience and the product. Hold the bag, show the gummies.
The footage is clear and the lighting is decent. Film near a window with the window behind the camera, not behind you, or you will be a silhouette.
It is filmed upright in portrait, not sideways.
It follows normal ad platform rules. This is the one that is stricter here than in other categories, so we make it easy: no anatomy on screen, no actual "results." Instead you can talk about what happened in a "cheeky" way — how you felt, what you noticed, and whether it was worth the money.
We are not picky about you, we are picky about the footage. If a video does not get approved we tell you why and you can send another one. Nobody gets a silent no.

Watch back the videos that work best for us. They are not confessional. They are a guy holding a bag, saying what he was trying to achieve, saying when his partner noticed, saying he keeps reordering. That is it.
